  We met at a Cornellians for Life meeting, a pro-life club we were involved in at Cornell. Anna was a freshman studying Computer Science. James was a sophomore double majoring in Economics and Information Science.
• Volunteering at Birthright - 2021

  We volunteered together weekly at Birthright. Birthright is a pregnancy resource center supporting low-income moms in Ithaca by providing free resources for them and their babies. While we volunteered, we had many long chats and became good friends.

  For our first date, we went to Luna's in Collegetown for tacos. We only planned on getting lunch, but we ended up spending most of the afternoon together, including going to Mass together for the celebration of Holy Thursday.

  For spring break, we went with friends to Maui. During the trip, the two of us got away to the Big Island for a day to explore Volcanoes National Park. James proposed on the rim of Kīlauea.

  We will be getting married in Virginia at our local church! We can't wait to share this special day with you.
